Welcome to Lake City Padel Club. By accessing our website and booking a court, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all players.

1. Court Bookings

All court bookings must be made through the official Lake City Padel Club website or approved booking platforms.

A booking is confirmed only once the advance payment has been successfully completed. Each booking reserves a specific time slot and court for the player(s).

Players are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for their scheduled booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time if another booking follows.

Lake City Padel Club reserves the right to reassign courts or adjust schedules when necessary for operational reasons.

2. Payment Policy

Advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.

The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid at the facility prior to or at the time of play.

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. By making a payment, users confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

All advance payments made for bookings are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your booking, please inform us as early as possible. We may accommodate rescheduling requests depending on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.

In the event that a session must be cancelled by Lake City Padel Club due to weather conditions, technical issues, or operational requirements, players will be offered the option to reschedule their booking to another available time slot.

4. Player Conduct

Players are expected to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times.

The following behavior is not permitted:

  • Unsafe or reckless play

  • Damage to courts or facility property

  • Harassment or disrespect towards staff or other players

  • Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other guests

Lake City Padel Club reserves the right to deny access or remove individuals from the facility for inappropriate conduct.

5. Safety & Personal Responsibility

All players participate in activities at their own risk.

Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in padel or any other activities at the facility.

Lake City Padel Club shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents that may occur during play or while on the premises.

Players are encouraged to use appropriate sports attire and footwear.

6. Facility Rules

To maintain the quality of our courts and environment:

  • Only padel-appropriate footwear should be worn on the courts.

  • Food and drinks (other than water) may not be allowed inside the court area.

  • Equipment should be used responsibly and returned if borrowed or rented.

  • Players must follow instructions provided by staff.

Failure to follow facility rules may result in termination of play without refund.

7. Weather Conditions

Padel is an outdoor sport and may be affected by weather conditions.

In cases of heavy rain, unsafe playing conditions, or other weather-related disruptions, Lake City Padel Club may pause or cancel bookings in the interest of safety.

Where possible, players will be offered rescheduled bookings.

8. Personal Belongings

Players are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Lake City Padel Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought to the facility.

9. Photography & Media

By visiting Lake City Padel Club, you acknowledge that photographs or videos may occasionally be taken within the facility for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform our staff.

10. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Lake City Padel Club and may not be reproduced without permission.

Users agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its functionality.

11. Modifications

Lake City Padel Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the website or facility constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
