Refund policy

At Lake City Padel Club, all court bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment made through our website.

Please note that advance payments are non-refundable, as each booking reserves a specific time slot that cannot be offered to other players once confirmed.

If you are unable to attend your booking, we encourage you to inform us in advance. While refunds cannot be issued, we may accommodate rescheduling requests depending on court availability and provided sufficient notice is given.

In the rare event that a booking must be cancelled by Lake City Padel Club due to circumstances such as weather conditions, technical issues, or facility maintenance, players will be offered the option to reschedule their booking to another available time slot.
